  4. After entering your email, click the "Send" button to receive a password reset email.

  5. Look for an email from Smartbills containing a password reset link. If you don't see it, check your spam or junk folder.

  6. In the email, click on the provided link to proceed with resetting your password.

  7. On the password reset page, enter your new password in the designated fields and confirm it.

  8. Once you've entered and confirmed your new password, click the "Save" button to complete the process.
